The Texas Department of Insurance said La Barbecue owner LeAnn Mueller and manager Allison Clem have been indicted and ordered to appear in court Sept. 28. Meanwhile, the lawyer for the two women told the Statesman his clients "believed they were acting in good faith at all times."
