Lackawanna’s Renaissance Commerce Park steadily drawing developers’ interest


Lackawanna Mayor Annette Iafallo has championed an open-for-business model that appears to be working.

"Lackawanna is grateful for the sizable projects being undertaken here," Iafallo said.

The poster child for developmental success in Lackawanna is the 240-acre Renaissance Commerce Park created on former Bethlehem Steel Corp. brownfield land along Route 5, which has landed new developments from TMP Technologies, Uniland Development Co. and Ciminelli Real Estate Corp.
