The 6,660-square-foot home, located at 5320 Elmridge Circle, was sold prior to going onto the market, according to its listing on Realtor.com. It was sold to an LLC on Aug. 8.
The home’s “great views of the lake” were an appealing feature, according to Peter Prudden, of Prudden Co. who represented the buyer and seller in the purchase.…
