Lancaster Village Center starts off strong: fully leased within six months


The first phase of Tom Sweeney's $5 million Lancaster Village Center, developed by his Glassco Management LLC, was fully leased within six weeks.

“Going into this, I thought it would take at least six months, maybe more, to fill the building,” Sweeney said. “Not six weeks.”
