Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), is listing a 9-acre parcel for sale following a property-value plunge at New Mexico's second-largest mall. The parcel, which includes nearly 158,000 square feet of retail space, is located at 10000 Coors Bypass NW and is listed for nearly $15.9 million. The building is 100% occupied by Hobby Lobby, Home Life Furniture and Mor Furniture.
