Landucci Homes wins approval for luxury apartments in downtown Stillwater


Stillwater's City Council has approved plans by Landucci Homes Inc. for a 21-unit, 3-story luxury apartment building in the city's downtown.

The Pioneer Press reports on the October decision to OK the $8.5 million project, following an earlier rejection of a 39-unit proposal at the site from the same developer.
