‘Larger fish in a smaller pond’: Developers debut first Philadelphia apartment project in Olde Kensington


After working in New York, the firms chose Philadelphia to launch their development company. “As younger developers [with] a young platform, we wanted to be somewhat of a larger fish in a smaller pond rather than the reverse in New York.”
