Information was obtained from LendingPatterns.com, an HMDA data analysis software tool developed by ComplianceTech. The data, which is derived from HMDA-LAR (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act’s Loan/Application Register) figures published by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, includes all residential purchase loans originated in 2022 for properties in the Kansas City metro. Multifamily mortgages are excluded. The Kansas City Business Journal could not independently verify information on the List.
