Larkin Development bringing Larkin Men’s Club back to life as apartments


The Larkin Men’s Club, a 16,000-square-foot, circa-1890 building at 696 Seneca St., is the next project for Larkin Development Co.

The $2.75 million project, set to begin in spring, will become a 10-unit market-rate apartment building. It was originally built as the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Rectory, a residence for priests.
