Latin American restaurant, venue moving into former Grumpy’s Roseville


A local entrepreneur is transforming the three-level former Grumpy's Bar & Grill building in Roseville into a Latin American restaurant and entertainment venue inspired by Tulum, Mexico.

Mito — Spanish for "myth" — will feature a restaurant on the ground floor, dance hall on the bottom level and private dining space up top. Owner Johnathan Soto hopes to unveil it by the end of the year.
