Law firm president sells Coconut Grove mansion to CEO


The president of a local trial law firm sold a mansion along Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove to the CEO of a security technology company.

Lewis S. “Mike” Eidson, the president of Colson Hicks Eidson, and wife Margaret S. Eidson sold the 10,859-square-foot mansion at 3307 Devon Court. It was bought by Jeffrey S. Nunberg, the president and CEO of Miami-based Integrated Security Systems, and wife Nadine R. Nunberg.

The price equates to $1,145 per square foot.
