Lawmakers push back on ACA ruling


A Texas judge's ruling that the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional has roiled the health markets and prompted pushback from lawmakers.

Federal Judge Reed O'Connor of the Northern District of Texas last week ruled that the repeal of the penalty for failing to sign up for insurance — as part of the tax cut passed last year — made the entire law invalid, ABC News reports.
