Lazy Susan chef-owner A.J Dixon creates restaurant ‘utopia’: Deep Dish


When A.J Dixon opened Lazy Susan, she wanted to create a different restaurant dynamic.

Dixon is the chef-owner of the dining spot in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood. Lazy Susan, a 45-seat restaurant, opened in 2014 at 2378 S. Howell Ave.

Dixon attended culinary school at Milwaukee Area Technical College and worked at restaurants such as County Clare Irish Inn & Pub, Lulu Café & Bar, The National, Pastiche and Centro Cafe.
