Lee’s Summit golf course would become mixed-use with $268M development proposal


A development team led by a local sports executive proposes remaking a 178.5-acre course in Lee's Summit into a sports entertainment venue, multifamily and single-family residences, and other mixed-use elements, on top of new public sports facilities that the city's parks department has touted as a need.
