Leeward Oahu area sees bump in home sales, prices in May


One neighborhood in Leeward Oahu and another close to town saw increases in single-family home sales in May, compared to a year ago, while other parts of the island experienced declining or flat sales for the month, according to the local market report from the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
