Lenexa considers a 112-acre, all-in-one mixed-use development along K-10

The 112-acre development would include residential, retail, office and industrial just north of Kansas Highway 10 and just west of Kansas Highway 7. The all-multifamily residential portions would be sandwiched by the other uses.
