Lexington company wants to snap up four local health facilities, filings show


A Lexington-based company is trying to boost its presence in the Louisville market by taking over four nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the area.

Exceptional Living Centers, a skilled nursing and senior care facility and services provider, intends to acquire the leases of four skilled nursing facilities in the eastern part of Jefferson County, according to notices from the state's Division of Certificate of Need.
