Liberty Commons shareholder says Lowe-led Legacy entity breached agreement


An investor in the Liberty Commons redevelopment project in Liberty is suing the controlling entity that Legacy Development set up for the project, claiming it breached an agreement to repurchase his shares. At stake is about $650,000.
