Popular burger joint Red Cow is expanding to the west metro – in the heart of Wayzata, across from Lake Minnetonka, to be exact – with its sixth location.
The latest Red Cow is expected to open early this fall at 881 Lake St. E., a nearly 5,000-square-foot space last occupied by Fly Feet Running within The Promenade of Wayzata.
Red Cow once again enlisted Golden Valley-based contractor Zeman Construction Co. for the buildout and Minneapolis-based firm Studio M Architects for the design.
