Local celebrity chef Kenny Gilbert receives national recognition

Gilbert was a key component of the dining experience for a large party Oprah Winfrey threw in Hawaii last week and his newest restaurant, Silkie’s Chicken and Champagne Bar, has been named one of the top champagne bars in the country.
