Local developer eventually hopes to buy AT&T tower, reveals more details of $300M plan, including parking


A representative for the developer said its intent is for the development to lift downtown, and that it plans to add lighting to the building — already St. Louis' largest office building by square footage — to increase its presence on the St. Louis skyline.
