Local developer secures land for single-family project in Lebanon


A Lebanon-based developer recently purchased 31 acres of land in Lebanon and plans to develop it into a community of 77 single-family homes.

Mark Vastola, head of Vastola & Associates Construction LLC, bought the property earlier this month for $2.8 million, according to Wilson County records. He also took out a $2.1 million mortgage on the property from Liberty State Bank.
