Susan McGee — who was president, general counsel and chief compliance officer for San Antonio investment company U.S. Global Investors Inc. — resigned this week.
McGee was tapped to join the board of directors at Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit LLC and Goldman Sachs BDC Inc. and expects to continue practicing law.
