Wisconsin’s first Lou Malnati’s restaurant is looking for more than 60 employees as it approaches an early December opening in Fox Point.
The Northbrook, Illinois-based pizzeria chain is opening a restaurant at 8799 N. Port Washington Road. The building previously housed Pizzanetto.
To staff the business, Lou Malnati’s scheduled four hiring fairs, according to a news release. The first took place Friday.
