Lower Broadway’s Nashville Crossroads bar and music venue is on tap for a makeover.
Documents submitted to the Metro Planning Department outline plans for a complete renovation of the existing three-story building at 419 Broadway, along with a new fourth floor and rooftop deck.
Big Plan Holdings (which is building a Bon Jovi-themed honky-tonk on the strip), construction firm Impetus, STG Design and Benesch’s Nashville office are all listed in project documents.
