Lower sales, slower price growth and higher supply: How Charlotte’s housing market ended 2022


Charlotte's housing market saw pending sales plummet, price growth slow and inventory swing upward to end 2022. Canopy Realtor Association's new president for 2023, however, noted that the statistics point to a healthier, less frenetic market ahead versus what played out in the two years after the start of the pandemic.
