Lucy Blue Pizza returning to Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood

Lucy Blue Pizza is opening a new space in Over-the-Rhine this week. Jim Thompson opened the first Lucy Blue in OTR back in 2001. Since then, the restaurant has spent time in various neighborhoods around the region.
