Major Milwaukee employer to sell stake in Worldpay for $11.7B upfront payment, backs off spinoff

One of the Milwaukee-area's largest employers said Feb. 13 it planned to spin off Worldpay. Now, the majority of its stake in the Worldpay business will be sold.
