Malvern medical device firm to pay $45M to settle False Claims Act allegations


A Malvern medical device firm and one of its subsidiaries has agreed to the settlement to resolve allegations that they submitted tests to federal health programs that were partially performed overseas, a violation of the False Claims Act.
