Maple Street closes its Latin-inspired restaurant concepts

B Street Eats, the second concept launched by Maple Street Biscuit Company owners Scott Moore and Gus Evans, has permanently closed.

Originally launched in 2016 in St. Augustine, the concept served Latin-inspired lunch and dinner items such as pulled pork sandwiches and tostones. The original store was at a two-story building behind Maple Street's store in St. Augustine at 41 Cordova Street. A second B Street Eats location opened in spring 2017 at 1173 Edgewood Ave. in Murray Hill.
