An Illinois-based development company paid $6.57 million for 118 acres of land in Lebanon, and plans to build townhomes on the property, Wilson County records show.
Marquette Cos. has filed plans to build 199 townhomes on Quarry Road, near the intersection of Highway 109 and Lebanon Road.
Calls to the company were not immediately returned Monday. It’s unclear when the project will break ground or how long construction will last.
