Maryland’s ACA individual health insurance prices set to rise again in 2023

Maryland Insurance Commissioner Kathleen A. Birrane said the 2023 rates are further evidence that a reinsurance program enacted in 2018 to help make health insurance more affordable to Marylanders is working.
