The Sphinx opening in former Gold Bar location in Butchertown

The new bar and restaurant is owned by Boarhound Ventures LLC, the company behind the Red Lion at Science Hill in Shelbyville, Kentucky, that intends to open five restaurants across the state in the coming year.
