Massachusetts company acquires pharmaceutical business with OP facility


Massachusetts pharmaceutical company CutisPharma Inc. has acquired Silvergate Pharmaceuticals Inc., creating a new, unified company called Azurity Pharmaceuticals, which will focus on meeting the needs of underserved patients, such as children and the elderly.
