Massive vision revealed by Dallas developer for old Alcoa plant in Texas


Roughly a year and a half after Xebec Holdings spent $240 million for on huge site northeast of Austin, the company said July 26 that it plans to develop 3,300 acres into up to 50 million square feet of industrial space for what it's calling the Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics Campus. But that's just the start — housing and much more could be in the cards down the line.
