Mayo Clinic in Florida awards grants to address community health needs


Jacksonville-based Mayo Clinic has distributed $198,641 in grants to 26 organizations and programs throughout Northeast Florida. The awards range from $2,500 to $22,000 and will help address community health needs identified in the 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment.

Mayo Clinic is part of a health care consortium known as The Jacksonville Non-Profit Hospital Partnership that focuses on racism and health equity.

Organizations can apply twice a year for grants less than or greater than $5,000.…
