Median rent for 2BR apartments in Honolulu drops 8%


Rents in Honolulu have declined over the past year by between 1 percent and 8 percent, respectively, according to two September market reports by Apartment List and Zumper.

Apartment List said rents for both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in Honolulu declined by 2.2 percent over the last year, with the median rent for a two-bedroom unit declining to $2,070 and the median rent for a one-bedroom unit declining to $1,560.
