Mega-project developer Hillwood buys city block in downtown Fort Worth


The developer behind the massive AllianceTexas project in north Fort Worth is now setting its sites on the city’s downtown. Dallas-based Hillwood, the Ross Perot Jr.-led development company, has acquired a full city block — the developer's first big move into the city's core. "Hillwood’s entry into downtown signals the value of what is possible," one politician says.
