Memphis company to build $67M collegiate housing at Mississippi State


Mississippi State University will get a new housing development thanks to a Memphis-based company.

EdR — developer, owner and manager of collegiate housing — announced Feb. 28 it has started the construction of a $67 million on-campus residential building at Mississippi State University (MSU) as part of a private/public partnership with the school.

The Mississippi Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning approved the exterior design plans for the “College View” development…
