Men arrested at Philadelphia Starbucks reach symbolic $1 settlement with city


The two black men arrested at a Rittenhouse Starbucks last month have reached a settlement with the city of Philadelphia – a symbolic $1 and a promise from city leaders to establish a $200,000 program to help young entrepreneurs – as well as an agreement with the Seattle-based national coffee chain.
