Metro metrics: What size home $200,000 will buy in Nashville, other major cities


It's no secret that Greater Nashville's housing prices have been on a tear in recent years, but a new report says buyers can still get more for their money here than in other major metros.

The Nashville market placed No. 8 in a report from PropertyShark, which ranked cities by the square footage a homebuyer can get for $200,000, the approximate median home price in the U.S.
