Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts plans to open its first Houston location of Blanco Tacos + Tequila before the end of the year.
The modern Mexican street-food restaurant will open Dec. 17 in the Galleria mall. It will be one of four restaurants at the entrance to the Galleria VI Wing, the former Saks Fifth Avenue space. Fig & Olive opened in February, Nobu opened on June 1, and Musaafer by The Spice Route Co. is expected to open this winter.
