Milhaus, UC-B effort could allow 200 apartments across two Troost corners


Milhaus and UC-B Properties previously had targeted apartment communities southwest and southeast of Linwood Boulevard's intersection with Troost Avenue. Now, the pair look to partner in building about 200 apartments across both corners.
