Millennium Tower developer out, Four Seasons in on 706 Mission St. ultra-luxury condo tower


The ultra-luxury condo project under construction at 706 Mission St. has a new developer and new branding scheme, with the Four Seasons luxury hotel brand coming onboard.

Real estate development firm Westbrook Partners is taking over the 45-story tower, 146-unit development from Millennium Partners, the Boston-based development firm behind Millennium Tower, San Francisco’s leaning and sinking condo tower.

Construction on 706 Mission started before the Millennium Tower scandal broke in 2016.…
