Milwaukee advances funds to transform Menomonee Valley ‘wasteland’ into development opportunity

Milwaukee funding advanced Tuesday to open 10 acres for redevelopment in the riverside Kneeland property that has been one of the biggest challenges and opportunities in the Menomonee Valley.
