Milwaukee to team with DOT to sell land near train station, streetcar line


Aiming to maximize the development potential of a vacant block near the Milwaukee Intermodal Station, the city and state of Wisconsin are teaming to put it on the market quickly.

The vacant block is northwest of Fifth Street and West St. Paul Avenue, and represents a combination of city and state-owned land.
