Mimosa House lands second Folsom location

The local Mimosa House restaurant chain has a seventh location in the works.

The eatery, operated by the Dedier Family Co., plans to fill a spot at 1002 Riley St. in Folsom. The space in the Walmart Central Shopping Center was previously occupied by Waffle Barn. The space is 3,400 square feet, according to leasing materials.

The restaurant is expected to open in mid-to-late fall, said Devin Dedier, operating officer for Dedier Family Co. It will be the second Mimosa House location in Folsom.
