Minneapolis Chef Vincent Francoual planning a new French restaurant


Vincent Francoual, the chef who for years ran Vincent A Restaurant in downtown Minneapolis, has a new partner and a new plan for a French restaurant in the Twin Cities.

The Pioneer Press reports that Francoual has joined Restore Restaurant Holdings, a Bloomington-based group that seeks to pair restaurateurs with legal and financial help. Erik Forsberg, the owner of Devil's Advocate and Dan Kelly's Pub, is also part of the group.
