Minnesota Wild player Matt Dumba lists downtown Minneapolis condo for $1.2M (Photos)


Minnesota Wild defenseman Matt Dumba has listed his downtown Minneapolis condo for $1.2 million.

The unit, part of the Ivy Residences atop the Hotel Ivy, offers views of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows and from a private balcony, according to its listing on Realtor.com.

Dumba bought the condo in 2019 for just over $1.05 million, according to a certificate of real estate value. Earlier this year, he bought a home in Eden Prairie for $1.97 million, the Business Journal reported.
