MIT spinout gets $73M for device that alters brain electricity in Alzheimer’s


The idea behind the device is to "dose" the brain with electrical activity, helping the organ bypass the blockades formed by the buildup of amyloid and tau proteins, two biological hallmarks of Alzheimer's disease.
